REFUND POLICY — Witness Brand

All Witness Brand products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Because each item is printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind. Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we will make it right. Contact us at stefan@iamwitnessbrand.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will submit a claim with Printify on your behalf for a free reprint or refund. You do not need to return the item.

Wrong Item Received If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will resolve it at no cost to you.

Unsuccessful Delivery If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for the loss. We can arrange a reprint at an additional charge.
